Currently I sit beside my lovely girlfriend of 10 months in the library of the college on which we met about twelve months previous. As she is preparing an important paper for her psychology major I am keeping her company while I work on setting up new social media accounts. I am hoping to link them all by Tweet/Facebook and Blogs so that I might reach a variety of people.
I happen to love movie soundtracks - especially those with strong vocal and stringed orchestras within them. And we just happen to be listening to one of those; a great soundtrack from the third Lord of the Rings movie. The soundtracks as well as reading J.R.R. Tolkien's books have inspired my love for language and the spoken as well as the written word. I have a fascination with Tolkien's languages, especially how they wove them into the movies soundtracks.
After having spent an awesome weekend home with my family and particularly my two younger brothers, I am looking forward to opening this new chapter of my life. Having spent the entire summer months up to this past week up north at a summer camp for children - and loving every minute of it! - I am ready now to pursue a new internship in internet marketing while working for our school's food service.
As an author of poetry and creative writing (the former mostly interwoven with Sindarin, the latter particularly delving in science fiction) I will be trying out new sections of my literary attempts on you, my audience -- whomever is out there and interested.
I'll also keep you up to date on all things internship and work wise, as well as perhaps a few comments on my personal thoughts and experiences. You'll be the first to know!
